Agilex Technologies – $ 100.000+ – Chantilly, VA

In this role, the successful candidate will:

Manage the USDA account including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and qualifications through contract negotiations, signing and post-sales support
Leverage technical expertise and USDA familiarity to map Agilex’ software and services solutions to demands, pain points, and related clients
Consistently engage in sales activities to position and strengthen the Agilex brand within USDA. This includes meetings and presentations with all customer levels including (but not limited to) C-level executives, senior executive service members, program managers and technical leads.
Leverage strong client relationships and technical acumen to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in USDA
Be responsible for meeting or exceeding annual quota targets and travel as required
Ability to accurately forecast and efficiently close net new multi-million dollar services and software engagements for Agilex within USDA
Maintain high level of professionalism in all duties

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Required
Field of Study: General Business, Information Technology, Data Management or related field
Required Experience: 7 to 15 years
Managerial Experience: Not Required
Experience and established client and industry relationships within USDA
Proven experience selling multi-million dollar, multi-year technical services engagements and solutions to USDA
Strong technical knowledge and experience related to one or more of Agilex’ core capability areas: Data Analytics, Mobile Development, Agile Software Development, and Infrastructure Optimization
Demonstrated consistent quota performance in previous jobs
Experience with complex sales cycle selling to business and IT executives at both the local and enterprise level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and very strong presentation skills
Proven closer, able to garner commitment during every step of sales process
Ability to lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively (i.e., you are not simply filling orders)
Ability to quickly learn a new software product or service and clearly communicate its value proposition
Strong Team Player
Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer’s needs
Strong presentation skills
Strong Microsoft Office Skills including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
