Worldwide OEM Marketing is looking for a passionate community and marketing leader. You’ll develop and manage the subsidiary OEM Marketing Lead community to align around a common vision of OEM device selling, marketing strategy, and execution leadership. You’ll also drive and manage our through-OEM partner integrated campaign and marketing programs Go To Market model through this community, and through our partner-facing account marketing teams.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Lead the OEM Marketing community including all aspects of driving and enabling a high performance field community:

• Define the strategy for building and fostering a healthy community: set a rhythm of business, manage community communications, including when and how to engage, identify topics most important for community success and drive shared knowledge and learning around those topics, facilitate best-practices identification and sharing
• Motivate and help enable the OEM Marketing Leads to successfully drive marketing that leads toward attainment of current business goals
• Activate and leverage the community to identify emerging business opportunities and build and land the business case for capturing these opportunities through new or enhanced campaign or program approaches
• Cultivate connections and cross boundary integration models to enable OEM Leads to scale across Microsoft counterparts and drive device and OEM solution selling
• Identify and drive capability development that ensures readiness to lead the company on device selling and other marketing leadership areas in the future
• Drive and manage go-to-market campaign and marketing program planning and execution for OEM sell-through programs and initiatives across enterprise device selling, SMB and channel device and solution selling, and consumer/retail and operator channel seasonal campaigns.
• Work across channels to consolidate separate programs into an integrated partner landing model, including guidance and tools
• Own and drive the all-up campaign, marketing calendar and roadmap. Lead the holistic planning and input process with the leads that will influence design and execution of future marketing efforts
• Build, drive, and leverage the all-up marketing campaign dashboard with key performance indicators to garner insights and identify themes and trends to optimize current in market campaigns and resource allocations, and also increase future campaign marketing ROI
• Help drive gains in share, revenue, attach and customer satisfaction by landing the OEM sell-through campaigns and programs across all OEM partner types with and through our partner-facing global account marketing and subsidiary marketing teams
• Serve as the single point of contact for OEM Marketing Leads to guide and land excellence in execution
• Ensure field requirements are anticipated, captured and satisfied, and drive resolution on incoming issues or escalations to support Go To Market execution and impact
• Contribute to customer and partner satisfaction (CPE) and help position Microsoft as a trusted advisor relationship with our partners

Experience, Skills and Attributes:

• 5+ years driving and landing integrated marketing campaigns; optimizing and measuring broad scale initiatives or campaigns
• Experience partnering, collaborating and building relationships across internal groups, with partner accounts, cross-segment marketing teams, or product marketing groups
• Experience creating marketing and/or business strategies
• Passionate about cultivating and developing a leading marketing community at Microsoft
• Excellent communications skills – oral, written, and interpersonal communications
• Willing to take on big challenges, advocate a position, build a business case, and influence others
• Creative thinker who is curious and enjoys driving innovation and developing original ideas, approaches and solutions
• Deep interest in working with partners to drive a mutual business success between Microsoft and our partners and contributing to a healthy a vibrant partner ecosystem
• Experience leading and managing virtual teams and motivating and helping people to succeed by aligning efforts and energies
• Understand Microsoft marketing, anticipate and develop business opportunities and priorities for future action
• Results driven and execution focused
• Understands how, and willing to do whatever needs doing, in order to get drive positive change and resulting impact. Demonstrates organization agility to overcome obstacles, and achieve objectives within and across groups
• Passion for technology and Microsoft products/strategies with a solid understanding of our OEM hardware products and solutions

International business experience a plus
Some domestic and international travel required (less than 10%)
