We are one of the faster growing Server businesses in North America targeting the enterprise Market, and are seeking a highly motivated senior sales professional to be a subject matter expert to both the account teams and customers. This individual will create technical differentiation and trusted relationships by articulating how Lenovo’s server technology will drive increased efficiencies and revenue opportunities. This is a quota carrying sales position.

The role of Enterprise Sales Specialist (ESS) is to identify and hunt for new server and storage opportunities within the current Lenovo customer base.  The ESS will support the Lenovo Account Executives in building a strategic plan to attack the enterprise business and provide sales ownership, technical guidance and positioning of Lenovo products and solutions.   Strong acquisition sales experience combined with solid technical acumen are key attributes to success.
• Create and deliver unique value proposition leveraging Lenovo’s growing server and storage business.
• Identify key decision maker within organizations to deliver Lenovo’s vision for the future of enterprise computing
• Build  and maintains relationships with customer decision makers and influencers within the regional account set
• Educates customers on Lenovo’s enterprise technology solutions and develops a working knowledge of Servers and Storage Markets
• Strong industry knowledge of the x86 and Storage
Maintains market and competitive knowledge to ensure credibility with Customers
• Delivers technical updates and road maps to C – level executives

Position can be based in Philadelphia or New Jersey.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
•  5- 7 years of  technical sales experience required ; 7-10 years preferred, in one or more of the following roles:  Account Manager, Server Sales Specialist and/or Sales Engineer
•  3-5 years of product sales in server products
•  Experienced in the strategic selling of future and current technologies
•  The ability to communicate technical scenarios at both high level and a detailed level
•  Integrity, willingness to provide feedback in challenging situations
•  Project Management Skills required
•  B.S./B.A. or equivalent training
