Job Description
The Account Executive’s primary responsibility will be focused on selling professional services, software technology solutions and maintenance within the Justice and Homeland Community .

In this role, the successful candidate will:
•Identify, qualify and close new opportunities in both new and established accounts
•Manage accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and qualifications through contract negotiations, signing and post-sales support
•Leverage the Agilex sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase market share
•Build and expand business partner revenue and self sufficiency
•Responsible for meeting or exceeding annual quota targets and travel as required
•Ability to accurately forecast and efficiently close net new multi-million dollar services and software engagements for Agilex within the Justice and Homeland Community
•Work with C-level executives of various agencies to secure and finalize successful sales cycles
•Continuous business development and prospecting in assigned territory
•Consistently engage in sales activities such as meetings and presentations with all customer levels including senior executive service members
•Negotiate agreements, contracts and finalize sales with clients
•Successfully map Agilex’s software and services solutions to agency demands and pain points
•Ability to sell highly technical services and enterprise software sales for leader in information discovery space
•Maintain high level of professionalism in all duties
Job Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree Required
Proven track record in excelling in a quota driven sales environment
•Field of Study: General Business, Information Technology, Data Management or related field
•Required Experience: 5 to 7 years
•Managerial Experience: Not Required
•Proven experience selling multi-million dollar technical services engagements and/or COTS software solutions to the Federal Government
•Experience with complex sales cycle selling to business and IT executives at both the local and enterprise level
•Experience and established contact base in the DC area
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and very strong presentation skills
•Proven closer, able to garner commitment during every step of sales process
•Ability to lead multiple complex, customer sales cycles and close effectively
•Ability to quickly learn a new software product and clearly communicate its value proposition
•Strong Team Player
•Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer’s needs
•Strong presentation skills
•Strong Microsoft Office Skills including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
•Clearance is a plus
•Knowledge of Agile Development
