• Responsible for sales quota attainment of assigned Reseller Partners in Central & South Italy.
• Establish and manage relationships with Resellers – at executive, management, product manager and sales representative level
• Provide leadership and coaching to reseller sales teams who manage relationships with key customers, in conjunction with the distributors
• Assist resellers make sound purchasing decisions through roadmap reviews and market opportunity analysis
• Understand how markets and competitors will influence the selling of Lenovo products and services
• Coordinate all major Lenovo activity/programs with Reseller Partners, and their key sales staff
• Develop and promote new opportunities on End Users with the resellers
• Ensure the resellers understand and can successfully promote the Lenovo product set.
• Develop and execute reseller account plans through effective management and supporting strategies with Inside Sales to ensure revenue target attainment.
• Ensure resellers have adequate access to Lenovo information and marketing materials.
• Articulate Lenovo’s “value proposition” to Business Partners.
• Manage the longer term development of the reseller channel programme, growing partner satisfaction and loyalty in Lenovo to achieve and increase in their share of business.
• Increase understanding of market-place.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organisation, including at CXO level.
• Understanding and in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.
• You must be a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You should be able to identify business opportunities and act on them and bring to fruition.
• You will possess an excellent track record of sales achievements.
• You will have an entrepreneurial approach and you will be able to work on challenges targets.
