PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The HR Director of SAP Italy is overall responsible for driving the local execution of the HR strategy, the HR portfolio and on-demand topics. S/he acts as Trusted Advisor and Change Agent rolling out key processes and in addition supporting managers in people related topics by providing guidance and counseling on HR topics and policies that must be adhered to. In addition, the HR Director of SAP Italy acts as Strategic Business Partner and Consultant on transformational topics, such as M&A, Go-To Market strategy implementation and organizational changes.
The HR Director of SAP Italy is member of the local management team and works closely together with the members of this team to
create workforce effectiveness strategies, build employee engagement and ensure HR alignment of products and services to help
business goals and objectives.
The HR Director of SAP Italy is collaborating closely with other HR functions in securing flawless execution of all HR activities locally (Recruiting,Operations, Compensation,Learning and Development, etc.).
The HR Director of SAP Italy reports to the cluster/regional HR Director.
