· Degree qualified
· At least 7 years of e-commerce/retail experience in a related role with at least 2 years of experience leading a team.

Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses superb business judgment with a desire to build and manage a business from the ground up. The individual should have a proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external). He/she must be able to work well in and lead cross-functional teams to drive business goals. Other qualifications include:
· Strong analytical acumen. Comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses.
· Superb business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management (both internal and external).
· Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and grow a team
· Exceptional problem-solving skills while managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
· Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must.
· Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) is preferred, as well as an agility with web-based software applications and internally-developed systems.
· MBA highly preferred
