Responsibilities

Lead strategy development and roadmap creation for select programs.
Develop and execute plans for select programs that drive significant user value and business growth.
Develop and deliver measurement, reporting, and analysis to quantify and understand the impact of programs.
Build an understanding of key business drivers of Help Center usage and advertisers’ needs.
Liaise with research, reporting, and analyses teams as well as engineering teams to support ongoing analyses of business drivers and ensure continued development of data warehouses and reporting platforms.

Minimum qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of work experience with 3 years of project management, product management or consulting experience.
Experience with data analysis including experience with spreadsheet software and basic SQL.
Experience managing web development projects.

Preferred qualifications

Master’s degree.
Experience with project management tools.
Working knowledge and experience with R (programming language) and Google Analytics.
Impeccable business judgment, and professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels.
